I run a 23 foot Shoal Water Cat powered by a Mercury 300 Pro This boat is fully equipped with a Bob's jack plate, Motor Guide trolling motor, two power poles and a custom top for the hot summer months. The Shoal Water is very stable and offers a smooth and dry ride. The boat floats in 8 to 10 inches of water and will get up in 15 inches. This means we can go just about anywhere we want to find fish. This boat has plenty of dry storage for tackle and offers a great deal of fishing room for clients.
Shimano Fishing Tackle
Fishing the flats for big trout and redfish can be challenging. Good tackle is essential and I can provide you with the finest rods and reels on the market. Depending on your preference, I provide Shimano bait casting rod and reel combos or Shimano spinning rod and reel combos. Additionally, please feel free to bring your own favorite rod and reel combo.
